Introduction

This grant writing webinar is aimed at those researchers who are thinking about or in the process of writing a grant application for a Research Fellowship. Fellowships aim to provide greater support to individuals who are likely to develop world-leading research of the highest quality to meet UK and global priorities. A fellowship is a personal award for 3-5 years that enables applicants across the postdoctoral and early career stages to facilitate delivery of a novel and outstanding piece of world-leading research in an area of current strategic importance and to begin to build up a team in this area of research.

This webinar is an opportunity for you to listen to stories about applying for a Fellowship, go through an interview and to ask questions on how to maximise your chances of success in this application process. There will be an opportunity to go through a mock interview to experience this process personally.
