Six PhD Chancellor Scholarships in Acoustics for September 2025

On the 9th May 2025 London South Bank University offered six PhD Chancellor Scholarship in Acoustics for entry in September 2025. The School of Engineering and Design is pleased to announce this opportunity for international students, application submission by 30th JuneThe projects include:

1. Just noticeable difference for speech intelligibility
2. A Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Driven Metamodel to Determine Acoustical and Thermal Performance of Buildings.
3. Subjective investigation of heat pumps and their effect on human health.
4. The design of sustainable structures incorporates composite panels to reduce CO2 emissions from buildings and attenuate noise.
5. Data-driven acoustic design through robotic manufacturing
6. New Technology for Audio, Acoustics and Hearing
