What would you like UKAN to do for you?
I think UKAN has the potential to bring together hearing researchers in the U.K., enabling us to tackle larger problems within the field and interact more effectively with related fields.

How would you like to contribute to UKAN?
By organising the hearing SIG. I would like to think that a group focussed on perception of sound could be helpful to other groups working on other domains of acoustics.

Equipment:
Sound booth, and many standard psychological facilities. NTU also has researchers studying other aspects of perception, like movement, and vision, and associated lab setups.

Software or numerical codes:
Computational models of the auditory periphery.
